In its 34th year, this six day intensive retreat provides a safe opportunity to set aside everyday concerns and examine the female self in both the personal and professional world. We address issues of women’s elemental sameness and, at the same time, all of our visible and invisible differences. This program truly reflects the complex concerns of the world we live in; and, we are proud of having developed a learning experience for women which meets the times and still has a thread into deep history.
This advanced seminar is for experienced practitioners currently working in leadership positions in all female groups.Women with some experience in leading are welcome as well as are women longing to learn some skills and strengthen selfconfidence. It is an opportunity to take a critical look at the field of group dynamics and deep diversity work in a community of women. made meaning out of the patterns of stars and planets. They projected
this benevolent system of meaning of the early cultures onto the
